The Corporate Governance Recommendations describe conduct, which contributes to better and more transparent of management and management control of companies. Additionally, the principles described in these Corporate Governance Recommendations are recommended to be carried out by Issuers and each Issuer shall decide whether or not they will adopt these principles as a basis for organizing their management.
