The objective of this Code is to establish high standards of corporate governance and businsess transparency in the operations of joint stock companies for the purpose of enabling easier access to capital at a lower cost, considering that clearly defined procedures of corporate governance based on recognizable international standards are among the basic criteria for investment decision-making.
