Summary

Automotive transport on public roads of any kind of dangerous product of a toxic, explosive, radioactive, oxidizing, flammable, corrosive, irritant or other nature, or that represents risks to the health of people, to public safety or the environment, will be subject to the rules and procedures, in the provisions of the legislation and discipline in particular for each product, and in accordance with what is established in these Regulations as well as by the legal regulations governing the matter.
