The Action Plan constitutes the second stage of an effort to coordinate the initiatives of the State, disseminating and committing the concrete actions that the public and private sectors have initiated to increase efficiency and productivity throughout the supply chain and the life cycle of products and services, now and in the long term. This Plan constitutes a framework of agreed and relevant activities to implement the national program, thus strengthening our commitment to green growth and a circular economy.
