Summary

This Code is intended to strengthen the confidence of investors in Ukraine’s listed companies and strengthen confidence in Ukraine’s capital market. It spells out the basic requirements set down under law and regulation, and adds best practice recommendations that are designed to meet the expectations of investors. It also defines the distinct roles of shareholders, boards and management in the governance and operations of the Company.
