Summary

Enterprises, institutions and organizations with more than 20 full time employees within a calendar year are required to employ a set quota of 5% employees who are categorized as citizens with additional safeguards (Article 14). Mandatory employers who are subject to this quota must annually inform the central executive body of their compliance to this requirement.
