Summary

This Regulation requires that all businesses and other waste producers, except those involved in the management of household waste, to maintain a waste management record. The Annex of the Regulation provides the forms and metric that should be used by those producing a waste management record. The Regulation also stipulates the consequences and fines that result from the submission of incorrect information, late submission or failure to submit.
