Summary

This Law aims to prevent corruption. Companies are obliged to maintain an updated record of information on the direct shareholders, natural persons that are indirectly shareholders and the ultimate beneficial owner. Apart from this, shareholders are also obliged to provide information to the companies on any changes on the identification elements provided.
