Summary

The guidelines aim to help companies listed on the Polish stock exchange enhance their ESG reporting practices. It is a roadmap based on international references such as the NFRD, the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) and the Taxonomy Regulation at the EU level, and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) recommendations at the global level.
