Summary

This law introduces the national programme “Argentina Responsable” (Responsible Argentina) which aims at promoting social development, protection, and publicity of socially responsible conducts. It seeks to establish national programs, plans, or projects that encourage the development, in part by enterprises, of socially responsible behaviours in the private sector. Actions supporting this objective will be encouraged by government institutions favouring those companies that undertake the commitment to support CSR.
