39-8 Decision on the Promulgation of the Law on Air Protection

This Act determines the competence and responsibility for air and ozone layer protection, climate change mitigation and adaptation to climate change, planning documents, air quality monitoring and assessment, measures for prevention and reduction of air pollution, air quality reporting and data exchange, quality monitoring activity air and air emissions, ozone depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions and measures for climate change mitigation and adaptation ,, air protection information system, financing of air, ozone layer protection, climate change mitigation and climate change adaptation, administrative and inspection supervision.
