Ordinance-Law No. 81-013 of April 2, 1981 on general legislation on Mines and Hydrocarbons, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance-Law No. 82-039 of November 5, 1982 has been repealed and replaced by Law No. 007/2002 of July 11, 2002 on the Mining Code.
