Summary

The purpose of this Code is to make available to Algerian companies, partially or totally private, a simplified didactic tool allowing them to understand the fundamental principles of corporate governance and to initiate a process, with a view to integrate these principles within them. The proposed Code, while falling within the framework of the laws and regulations in force, has no legal character and does not include any binding provision.
