Summary

The Code primarily represents an opportunity for audited companies (usually medium and large companies) that are not listed on the stock exchange to increase or improve their funding opportunities and investment potential. Good corporate governance in the financing of these companies is followed by banks and other financial institutions, which are aware that sound corporate governance is one of the competitive advantages of an individual company, which allows it to achieve better financing conditions and better manage risks.
