38-12 Commercial Code No. 3284

Summary

The provisions contained in this Code govern the acts and certain contracts in it, even if the persons who carry them out are not merchants. Contracts between merchants are presumed acts of commerce, unless proven otherwise. The acts that are only commercial for one of the parties, will be governed by the provisions of this Code.
