This Law governs the protection, management, use, transportation and marketing of wild animals and their products, the protection of endangered species, the conservation of the habitat of fauna and flora, the declaration of national parks , biological reserves, shelters and wildlife sanctuaries, tending to the conservation, promotion and rational use of these resources.
