This Ordinance regulates the analysis and assessment of the dangers and risks that substances and preparations may pose to human life and health and to the environment; the conditions relating to the placing on the market of substances and preparations liable to endanger human beings or the environment; the use of substances and preparations likely to endanger human beings or the environment and the processing by the enforcement authorities of data relating to substances and preparations.
