Summary

This document describes the international and national context which saw the adoption of the first edition of Luxembourg‘s National Action Plan (NAP) for the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles. It is prepared by the Government, under the coordination of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, within the framework of the Inter-ministerial Committee on Human Rights and on the basis of an in-depth dialogue with private sector non-governmental actors and civil society.
