Summary

The Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall govern labor relations between employees and employers, as well as other legal relations derived from such relations between them and relevant national authorities and entities but shall also establish the minimum norms for regulations ensuring implementation of the labor rights of physical persons and these rights themselves.
